This is for someone who knows a thing or two about travel contracts, but needs to refine their knowledge with specific advice from experienced travelers.
We’ll tackle specific problems that you are having including, but not limited to: navigating licensing, tax questions, financial management, and contract negotiation.

8-Week Mentorship Program
Our personalized 8-week mentorship program is designed to help you navigate the travel therapy world with confidence. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to refine your approach, we’ll guide you through the essentials—finding the right assignments, working with recruiters, contract negotiation, and adjusting to new environments. With one-on-one sessions tailored to your goals, you’ll gain the practical knowledge and support you need to succeed in your travel PT career.
- Weekly email check-ins discussing topics like: recruiter relationships, contract negotiation, housing, common challenges, and long-term career growth.
- Video meetings every other week to discuss weekly study materials and to answer any specific questions about your process.
- Personalized resources including: Tailored guides, templates, and documents (housing checklist, resume tips, etc)
- Ongoing Support: Ongoing access to email or text support between sessions for quick questions or guidance

30-Min Supplementary Phone Calls
This is for the person who’s already touched base with us, either through our 60-min call or our 8-week mentorship program, but needs another short phone call to tie up loose ends. Maybe you want to meet with us between every contract to get advice on your next move, or maybe the 60-min call wasn’t long enough to cover everything you needed help with. This one is for you!
